My fiance and I just ate at Hu Kitchen for the first time. I am a HEALTH NUT. I normally hate eating out because it's close to impossible to find healthy food. Almost everything is cooked/fried in canola vegetable oil or uses subpar (i.e. non-grass-fed) beef, etc. This is the FIRST TIME I have found a place that uses ingredients that made me feel happy to eat out. If I were to open a restaurant, THIS WOULD BE IT. I absolutely LOVE this place! Thank you. I highly recommend this to anyone who is health conscious.

Love, love, LOVE this place! Wish they had a location in CT. Delicious paleo food, with no soy, processed sugar, and very minimal grain and dairy.

I have a gluten- and dairy-free diet that should also be paleo, but it's been very hard to transition, so this place covers all my bases! Very good food all around without the worries!

I can't speak for the food at their restaurant, but this is the best chocolate I've ever tasted! The cashew butter filled chocolate tastes like a piece of heaven!! And that fact that it's on the lower glycemic end is mind blowing!! Do yourself a favor and try this chocolate if you haven't already.
