I can't say enough good things about HTX Prosthetics. I was traveling from PA and desperately needed an adjustment to my prosthetic. Jonathan and Ronnie were absolutely amazing - they got me in quickly, were kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They made the necessary adjustments and made what could've been a stressful situation feel a little less daunting. I so grateful for their help and highly recommend HTX prosthetics to anyone in need of prosthetic care.
Two years ago I lost my left leg in a motorcycle accident. After one of the worst times of my life I struggled even further with a different local prosthetic company that made my life even more miserable than it was at the time. Hands down the best customer service!! Anywhere I was. ; hospital assistant living or my own apartment Jon came to me- even on a Saturday morning. They made the entire process easy for me. The office did all the Dr. and insurance behind the scene. I was not bothered at all. I lost so much weight I had a new leg made and again it went smoothly. I couldn’t be happier!! HTX rocks👍🦵
Took care of my, insurance issues. That ALONE, was an extra headache avoided. On top of the kindest professional team you could EVER want working for you. Totally worth the call.
