If you own a contracting business do yourself a favor and steer clear of this property management company . They will agree to a price on a repair and the minute there Is a disagreement between them and their property owner they will short you the contractor. They will send you to places just to verify the problem is not theirs and leave you to break the bad news to their tenant that the repair is not covered by the management company and then not want to pay you for your time because you did no actual repairs.
