Thank you for the great service! I waited hours for another company. The technician was quick and had great customer service. He keep me updated on the job. My driver was happy and he says the technician even put air on his other tires
Unfortunatly my driver wasnt able to get serviced. They provided an ETA of 90mins but after almost two hours of waiting I called to follow up. The guy that answered said he would call me back once he knew where his tech was. I called again after waiting 10mins and no one answered. 10 mins later I sent a text and still no response. I had to cancel the call by text becasue no one answered and ended up looking for another company. Fortunatly, within less than 30min SS MOBILE REPAIR showed up.
