Landlord allowed another tenant to use my laundry facility without notifying me. Was also left without heat and water on several occasions over the winter.
Affordable rentals, especially given the amenities & location to downtown/campus .Very fast communication from property managers & maintenance. Any issue I ever had they were quick and kind to fix it. I recommend their units to anyone.

This property is bad. I recommend that don’t choose this property’s rent service. Property’s rent stuffs are old and didn’t repair or remodel anything. Don’t trust previous review. And they don’t give you back your deposit. They will charge everything that you didn’t do. I cleaned up everything like the property was rented. But they charged everything. Also this property’s apartments have rats in rooms.
