Awesome customer service especially front desk receptionist. I had a terrible experience from “Dr.Bryan Chan Dental Clinic” because all their receptionists are rude and not transparent about their pricing. So I switched over to HTL Dental. I was very happy with my experience here and everything was explained clear and concise, especially about pricing.
Dr.Chow is a wonderful dentist and always explains the situation in a clear and concise manner.
Dr. Chow is the best Dentist ever! She is so patient and kind. Answering all my questions however silly they are. I used to be terrible with my gum health and she has really helped me through the years to treat my teeth better. She is gentle and very clear always explaining everything to me step by step. I have the best experience with her filling my cavities :) She is so gentle I almost fell asleep during the filling. I have recommended Dr. Chow to many others who have also enjoyed seeing her.
