First time trying and ordered on app because didn’t want to take up the drive through staring at the menu for 15 minutes, only to get there and realize it was BOGO happy hour. Asked if we could add one on for free and they said no. I get if we were asking for a free one for no reason, but to say no just because you ordered online? And $5 for a tea is ridiculous (especially when it kind of taste like Arizona iced tea from the gas station).
