I stood at the counter for a full five minutes — yes, I timed it — without so much as a glance from the staff, just trying to get a cup of ice because the ice machine on the floor has been broken for over a week. Awful service, this location ALWAYS has some issues with their system….either my tea is terrible or they are only accepting cash…..
