Went to see Dr. Hsu for a suspicious sore spot on my face. She came up with every reason in the book that didn’t apply to me in order to not have it removed and tested. Every time I told her that her explanation didn’t apply to me she found a new one to the point where it was ridiculous. She has in the past dismissed concerns in other appointments I have had with her. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Hsu. She listened carefully to me, communicated clearly about what needed to be done, and successfully completed treatment. Very pleasant to work with.
