This has been and continues to be a disturbing and stressful experience. My mother, who has dementia and is an active patient under Dr. Diana Hsu’s care, was left without essential medications during a transition to a neurologist. Both neurology offices confirmed that providing a temporary refill is standard practice for primary care physicians in this situation. Worst clinic to go to i had an appointment for today 08/16/23 @ 9:30 am and I got there 5 minutes late but I make visual contact with Annette at the front desk I sat down because she was on the phone so I gave her time to finish with her phone call then I got up 10 minutes after and she was still on the phone but 25 minutes after she ask me can I help you? This Doctor neglects her patients. She makes them wait at least 3 months to see them and doesn't want to waste her sweet time with them.
This Dr. Office is worst than a casino they just take you money and they show zero interest in there patience I payed 75.00 for 2min of her time to tell me what I already knew horrible didn't to help me or set anything, so call Dr. DIANE HSU if I can even call her a Doctor she was a waste of time changing my pcp asap . Don't wast your money or time with this Dr.
