Worst e ever experience!!! Referral was sent 6/20/2024 As of 7/10/2024 cannot book appointment. Spent 45 minutes calling and 30 minutes On-Hold Representative picked app told me to wait after I was waiting for 15 min she asked me what I needed and placed me On Hold again after 15 min just hanged up on me . Unexpected careless rude behavior ! Shame on Stamford Health and Stamford Hospital!!! Representative worked between 5:-6 pm 7/10/2024
The services they offer are wonderful, especially when you have a toddler who needs help with his speech and sensory system. My son initially started seeing Zoe H only saying a few words here and there (unfortunately she left about a year ago) he started speaking so much after 3 months! Started OT with Melissa and she has been amazing with him as well! He has had so much progress since starting with his therapists at this site! I personally scheduled my initial Pt appointment via telephone at Tully in Stamford. Afte sending the doctor's referral form via computer, I confirmed receivershipof the form. At 7 am my husband and I arived for my pt evaluation and was told that I was NOT scheduled and asked who I spoke with.l when making the appointment No way did I record who I spoke with!! I have not had any issues. Great physical therapist. Front staff was polite always.
office staff is great, and the therapists are 1 on 1 and attentive. Surprised to see so many negative reviews.
