State of the art facility doesn’t do it justice. Awesome facility. Patient needs and privacy were top of mind in design and staff selection and training. From efficient handing on the phone to parking & private check out stations. Quick phone answering, knowledgeable and helpful. Check-in takes moments (with a smile), waiting room seating all geared to those with need, medical assistants escorting you to your room and confirming your medical info, Dr on time and then Check out in private cubicle. Writing a review for Bradley R. Erler, PT, DPT, MS, ATC. He is by far the best medical professional we have ever encountered. My mom had a knee replacement surgery in the city and Bradley has been responsible for her care and physical therapy. He is kind, helpful, professional and great at his job.
