There is plenty of parking but when you first enter building there was a very rude woman downstairs at front desk. The security guard says to enter and she insisted on signing in with her when I had to sign in again upstairs. The PT person is sweet but for 30 minutes what can really be done. They send you home to do exercises but the ones I need to do are the weights. I thought this would be worth the cost and time but I don’t feel it is warranted.
Scheduled an appointment with them only for them to not be able to assist me in acquiring my scans from the hospital they were taken, then rescheduled to the day before labor day weekend, office was closed with 0 warning despite multiple calls and a left message, the office has failed to respond to any communication.

The staff and Dr. Elliott were exceptionally professional and caring. The facility was immaculate, and Dr. Elliott was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I received the proper care.
