They are responsive, professional, and a great deal of help when we call on them. We were self-managed for well over 20 years and discovered through HSR knowledge of some state condo laws we weren't aware of; they provide guidance when needed; and we no longer have to look for reputable vendors as they do this for us. This is an absolute joke of a property management service. It takes them months to fix anything on the exterior of the property, even when they break it themselves. Specifically, my yard had a huge hole in it through the entire winter because they did some sewer work (without my consent or knowledge) but didn't fill in their digging. I put in a maintenance ticket for a pipe on the side of my townhome that was leaking two months ago, with no work done on it (I could have fixed it myself for about $5 at Menards).
