My husband had a fistulotomy performed by Dr. Hsiung after undergoing years of misdiagnosis/mistreatment. Dr. Hsiung's expertise permitted perfect healing ahead of schedule; we are convinced that nobody else could have made this happen given the complex nature of the surgery. The office staff is friendly, very thorough, and make the patient/family feel at ease. Dr. Hsiung's perfectionism is extremely appreciated.
I found Dr. Hsiung to be arrogant and more concerned with time and money. He also lied about using anesthesia. I told him I had serious acid reflux disease and could not lay flat on an operating table. He chose to put me under and then lay me flat on the table. I had a sudden violent reaction. After the procedure I had sever bruising on the throat and arms as they tried to hold me down. He also charged me $7000 more than my last two procedures.
Great Dr. super friendly and helpful with treating my condition, front end staff were also excellent very highly recommended!
I liked.Dr. Hsiung- he uses a lot of humor but it makes you feel more comfortable. He seems very knowledgeable and has a passion about his specialty. I don't like cold doctors. If you like cold doctors he isn't for you.
We brought our dad to see dr roger. I think he is the most knowledgeable that I’ve ever met. He’s the third doctor we saw and he’s the only one who took his time to explain and give the proper diagnosis. He is very professional and respectful and took his time to explain everything to us. All the other doctors were waste of time.
My experience with Dr.Hsiung was horrible. He made very unprofessional comments while I was half naked being checked out by him. He complimented intimate parts of my body with comments that I won't repeat only for self respect. If you are a young woman or anyone with good self respect, you should not give your trust to Dr.Hsiung and go through what I did.
Never has a doctor spend as much time with me as Dr. Hsiung. Takes time to listen before he does an exam and comes to a conclusion. Rectal exam quick and painless.
I believe he knows what he is doing, but he is rude, arrogant and not in any way comforting. Not only did he insult me when I tried to ask questions about my procedure, he was rude and almost cruel during my exam. The icing on the cake was when he cancelled my surgery. His nurse initially said it was because he was going on vacation, but then said, it was something else. AVOID!
Dr. Hsiung is an excellent physician and surgeon. He is focused on providing top notch care for his patients. Las Vegas is lucky to have him here providing 5-star (plus) service to our community each day. He takes time to explain everything, has exemplary knowledge and skills plus demands excellence from his staff to get the best results for his patients. I am so blessed to have found him.
