Doctor seems to have helped helped my issuse and seems like a soild surgeon. However he is rude, lacks empathy, provides limited information, and gets upset over beacuse I asked questions.
Dr Hsiung is the best. He listens and explains everything thoroughly. He takes his time with you and my visits with him were never rushed
It saddens me that someone who claims to want to help people can completely lack empathy. I came to Dr Roger Hsuing in mid February with extreme pain. I live my life everyday in the fetal position. I am to the point where I can’t leave my own home due to incontinence. I came to him hoping he would help me with my internal prolapse and hemorrhoids. I’ve had many doctors in my life that had poor bedside manner. They get away it by being good at what they do.Dr. Hsiung is the exception. I went in for a nuisance symptom to rule out colon or rectal abnormalities, and without consent “treated” a non existent issue through means of outpatient operation.This has caused months of distress and horrific side effects that have lowered my quality of life. DID A DIFFICULT SURGERY ON MY WIFE. VERY COMPETENT.
Who wants to go to that type of doctor? So embarrassing. However I waited 10 years for my 3 yr colonoscopy from a different doctor. I had a consult with Dr. Hsiung and he made me feel as comfortable as I could be to do it again. He found 2 polyps, one was fine, the other was way high and black. Had I gone to a regular internist I would have been having major surgery the next day. Dr. Hsiung was able to cut the whole thing plus all the margins so surgery wasn't necessary. Dr. Hsiung has the strongest Potential of Saving your Life. He is extremly adroit and posses the highest skill. When he counsels you it is straight to the facts and how deadly cancer is. To some people that is cold and Dr. Hsiung is simply being truthful and the truth hurts when you have colon or rectal cancer.
