Dr. Hsin is top notch. He is business first then your buddy second. Soup to nuts, he knows exactly what you need, and he’s no bullshit. Psychopharmicogically (for sure misspelled) he’s a mastermind but he also cares about you therapeutically and ensures you’re getting the best treatment. Marcus in the front office is razor sharp, super smart and thorough, and goes to battle with ensurers. Anyone would be lucky to have him. ❤️
I’ve been seeing Dr. Peter Hsin for over 8 years, ever since I moved to Evanston and needed a psychiatrist closer to home. From the start, Dr. Hsin has stood out for being incredibly direct, sharp, and gifted at diagnosing. Dr. Peter Hsin was very patient with me and helped with giving me the confidence to take charge of my life with the aid of my relatives. Also, thanks to Marcus for his help in reminding me about my appointment and just being helpful in general. Marcus is a great staffer.
Dr Hsin is very thorough in understanding what the best option for medication is for me. Customer service from Marcus is excellent.
