Marcus is a superhero! I called Dr. Hsin’s office with a complicated and time-sensitive scheduling need, and he was sincere in his willingness to help, while also acknowledging the reality of Dr. Hsin’s schedule. He let me know his plan and when I could expect to hear back. And then he followed through, reaching out to let me know, just as he had promised.
