Dr. Hsieh is a good doctor. The main issue is his wife Lynn who is rude and nasty to Patience. Lynn is the office manager that thinks she owns the practice. Lynn will also violate hipaa law.
If you don't understand something just ask Dr. Hsieh, who will give you an immediate college education in language you can easily grasp. Kind, considerate, gentle, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Who could ask for more in a doctor?!
Dr. Hsieh was very thorough with my parents as first time senior patients. He seems extremely knowledgeable and willing to listen to all health concerns.
