The worst service I have ever received, in comparison his attitude of service, the overtime of waiting after the schedule is nothing, Hsieh was rude and very impatient to answer any of my questions about skin condition, basically your medical question became a problem of disrespect to him as a doctor, he kept throwing out intimidating words and hardly giving friendly advice, so practically this is lower than one star experience.
This clinic is terrible. I made an appointment on 11/27/2024 and my husband made an appointment on 12/13/2024. We went to the clinic on time but were all rejected. What a shameful waste of our time.

If you are a woman, do not see this man because he does not care about you or your concerns or your body and you are worth being seen and heard and listened to! I really don't like leaving negative reviews but I would feel even worse if I didn't warn others of my experience with Dr. Hsieh (pronounced Shay) My concerns were not heard and he constantly talked over me while making it very clear that his "friendship" with the doctors in the community was more important than helping me - I literally left the practice in tears fee... read more
Second time I arrived on time for my appointment and everyone else who got here after me goes in first. I waited from 30- and hour. Horrible. Also George, the doctor, is so rude and seems like he hates to deal with people. I’m glad I have the female doctor she’s much nicer!
