I have not been impressed with Dr. Hsieh & his staff since going there. First the staff is clearly overworked & it seems like they don't want to hire somebody even to do scheduling there because every time you call in, they put you on hold, when you're in the office & talk to the front desk girl, she takes 2-3 calls before helping you check in, etc.. Then, every single time you have an appointment, don't plan on getting out of there under 2 hours. You'll spend 1.5 hours of that time in the waiting room & the rest waiting in ... read more

Office staff is the worst I've dealt with, Patricia/Patty is so unprofessional and insensitive. Wait times are hours. Even a week after surgery. Doctor has no bedside manner and is very rude. They do not respond to voice-mails and all act inconvenienced. I would not recommend to anyone!

I waited 2 hours and still was not called back. At that point they said their was 1 new and 2 established patients ahead of me. That would have been another hour. They tried to charge me $75 co pay when it's $20. If you don't value your time or money this is the place to go.

Billing dept is horrible. Dr Hsieh was an in surgery assist so I never met with him. 1.5 years after surgery I got a bill from him. They never billed the insurance and now it is too late for then to pay. Billing won't answer or return my calls they just send bills.

DR. Hsieh - was able to explain to me personally regarding my situation. he explained all the different choices, but in the end that I would need surgery. Explained step by step what he will do and what my recoverey time will be.

This Office Staff is TERRIBLE!!!! They made me wait twice now for results for a UTI, and this last time, 6 days later, they say they can't find my urine sample I left. I had to miss work to come down there, waited an additional week for results and now they say they have no record of me leaving Urine with them. Won't recommend this office to anyone.

I went to see Dr. Hsieh for surgery to correct bladder and rectal issues. I am medical provider myself and I wanted to go to the best surgeon I could find for the repairs I needed. He and the anesthesiologist worked very hard to find a way to do my surgery and control my pain without using narcotics (I am allergic to them). I am very pleased with my surgery results. I will continue to recommend him as a surgeon. His office staff are great.
