Bob is awesome, makes renting a house in college easy for you. When we had a problem with something in the house for example our fridge broke down, Bob didn't sit around and wait, he got it fixed for us right away. I highly recommend renting from Bob!!

Always took care of any problems I had, and the problems were very minuscule. Very lenient with animals for no extra charge, as long as you're responsible. Reasonably cheap rent compared to others. Highly recommend!
I have really enjoyed my time in my HSI rental property. Bob is great and always willing to help! Looking forward to living here next year as well.
