The landlords are super nice. They take things seriously and get everything done. Going on my second year of living in hsi apt. I really enjoy it.
For the past 2 years I have rented with HSI and they are amazing! Cares about their tenants and very efficient! Things get done right away and has an app to be able to access everything about your lease to make things simple and easy.

I HIGHLY recommend renting through HSI Rentals. Bob is the best when it comes to customer service and timeliness, and he's a UWW alum! He clearly operates under the Golden Rule, and he takes great pride in his properties. I decided to sublet my place for the year, and he was understanding and very helpful through the process.
I love working with HSI Rentals. They reply within hours to help you with anything you need and have someone at your door within 24 hours for a repair, replacement, or even just to take a look at something. I've worked with Bob and Ben and they are both so great! Thank you for everything!
I am so glad that I ended up switching from a different rental company to HSI last year and continue to rent from HSI for another year currently. Renting from HSI has been the best experience, any issues that we have had in our house were dealt with in an extremely efficient manner with a great response rate. Bob and all the other individuals who work for HSI have all been super kind as well, which I know isn’t always the case when renting. I highly recommend renting from HSI!
Bob is seriously the best landlord- he's always been really sweet and friendly. He will answer emails as soon as possible if you ever need anything. I'm currently living at 304 N Tratt St and I love the apartment so much, haven't had any problems at all. Plus, he doesn't charge extra for dogs or cats! :)
