When I had my daughter in 2010 3 months early. They were nothing short of amazing.
The staff needs to learn to communicate. I was asked to step into hallway while my mother used the restroom in the ER then the woman at the table rudly informed me that I either need to go back in the room or go to the waiting room for privacy. I really wish I would have had the ambulance take her to Sara Busch in Mattoon, the employees here are so concerned with "privacy" that they act rude in the name of it.
