No wonder they have a poor rating. You should NOT have to wait for more than 15 minutes according to expert. They take forever. We waited for 30 minutes. They didn't take us back until I said something and complained. There is no excuse. We already filled out all the paperwork online prior to the appointment too.
I've been going here for years, haven't had any significant issues until now. I am in need to be seen by any doctor that is available and have not been able to - my appointments have been cancelled twice by them and their availability is always low. I highly don't recommend if time is the essence..
I have been a patient of HSE medical for over 14 years but I am now looking to change. It is impossible to get prescription refilled in time, forget the appointments. Calls go to some central location that does not know the local providers and are no help. Of the original HSE only Dr. Shephard is left. All the NPs and PAs I used to know have also left. This Village Medical move has been the death of HSE as I knew it..
It used to be a great place until Village Medical took over now the doctors cancel their appointments without another one available until a month or 2 out.... FIND ANOTHER PLACE
Trash! Village medical buy out ruined it. Not worth the headache of trying to get things done in regards to services that they provide.
