Terrible management company they've been selling dreams of relocating everyone in the building to make nessasary renovations in the building since 2020 to remedy the lack of privacy you have in these units as every neighbor can hear everything you say or do in every apartment in the building whether upstairs downstairs or next door this place is pure hell and management is still moving new tenants in.
I had a judgement entered against the management company in September of 2024 for $2000 and they still have not paid me. Have been given the run around. Why would anyone retain the services of a management company that doesn't pay judgements or obey court orders? It's a huge potential liability for any property owner or board. Unpaid as of July 2025. I will update once paid...If they ever pay.
I have owned a unit in a building that HSC manages for the last 8 years and have had nothing but difficult interactions with property manager Keith Scandore. Keith is dishonest and has been caught in numerous lies. I would highly advise against working with this company.
