Never answers emails, calls, or complaints. Lost the bldg's keys. Property has been destroyed and not replaced. Very dismissive when it comes to any repairs

I wish negative stars were an option. I have been dealing with HSC as the management company for my coop for years now and I will start with Josh...he is EXTREMELY rude and definitely does not know how to handle or talk with civility to "all" clients. He cuts corners on necessary repairs opting to use bandaids and quick fixes instead of seeking proper and long term solutions yet yearly costs keep skyrocketing. I personally witnessed the interaction involving the individual pictured representing this company, and it was honestly shocking. His tone and behavior were completely out of line, disrespectful, confrontational, and extremely unprofessional, especially toward another business owner. What made it even worse was that the company owner was sitting right there and allowed it to happen without saying a word. individual pictured here is representing this company, and the experience was completely unacceptable. As a business owner of over a decade, I’ve never been spoken to in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. His behavior was arrogant, aggressive, and entirely inappropriate. What’s even more concerning is that the owner was present during this interaction and did nothing to address it. I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with this company.
