I'd give zero stars if I could. HSBC have removed the counter service here and at other branches and closed many branches. This is the precursor to going cashless which will spell BIG trouble for us. HSBC also makes it incredibly difficult to transfer money as the customer wishes. Possibly because the banking cartel is a criminal enterprise that creates money from thin air to lend out, yet requires interest to be paid on the repayments. Southport branch was great when I come in the other week regarding a query I had on my account. From the greeting I had at the front door until I left, I couldn’t fault the staff at Southport. I will be back!
