I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I've visited multiple times to resolve issues with my business account, but each time, I was told to call phone banking instead of receiving help directly. During my last visit, I was informed that the staff member was too busy to assist me and that I should return in the afternoon, despite arriving at 11 a.m. This lack of support and accountability has been incredibly frustrating. Very unpleasant. I hope I don't ever need to do anything more than make a deposit into a cash machine. I have some unfinished business which I will try over the phone.
