Melton Melton HSBC bank is excellent. Staff on the counter are a credit to HSBC and I can actually bank cash and coin here unlike some of the other “cashless branches” yes you read that correctly. So many of the branches are machine only now. I sincerely hope HSBC does not change or close this HSBC branch in Melton Mowbray.
Eighteen - yes 18 weeks to open a current account. Utterly hopeless.
I have now been on the phone nearly 2 hrs waiting to sort my issues out.. I will be moving banks.. terrible service
