What a dump. We had a scheduled surgery and had to sit in the main lobby with 30 people in front of us just to check in. They had 2 people working for check in. Absolutely incredible that this hospital is so inefficient. Save yourself the hassle and find another doctor who does surgery at another hospital.
Front desk is the worst. Couldn't see my father after surgery because my mom was there with him. I asked if I could switch with my mom so and I could take her place and he refused. That is completely unheard of. Maybe he was using his front desk powers to discriminate Hispanics because 2 other White males came and he was super helpful! Train your front desk staff! He should be fired.
