We used this management company for two years. They were great at finding tenants and getting the house rented out. Over the last year we didn’t need them because some family friends moved into the house. We used them to write up the rental agreement. Doesn't return calls after over a week of trying to contact and leaving clear messages that I'm ready to rent. Doesn't remove other properties from listings when they're no longer available.
Jan 2025 !! It’s not the same anymore ! Horrible, pathetic and no empathy shown. I lost peace of mind reaching out to Scott & Kyle. They don’t even respond to your call text, calls and mails. I have been trying to reach them from last 2 months to get my own house keys so I could get away from this group. Still I don’t have clue what I need to do next.
