Scott and team managed our property for over a year. They were able to secure great tenants for us and manage our property really well. We have also used them to sell our property and we had a great experience. I highly recommend!
I had a very frustrating experience with Kyle hardley property manager. Communication was extremely poor messages and requests often went unanswered for long periods, which made even simple issues difficult to resolve. On top of that, there were unexpected charges taken out of our deposit that were not clearly explained or justified. It felt unprofessional and disorganized, and getting clarification was a challenge due to the lack of responsiveness. Kyle hardey is the worst property manager out there wouldn’t recommend going with them

We moved to HRG from another property management company, they found new tenant very quickly.very pleased with over all experience.
