I had a very frustrating experience with Kyle hardley property manager. Communication was extremely poor messages and requests often went unanswered for long periods, which made even simple issues difficult to resolve. On top of that, there were unexpected charges taken out of our deposit that were not clearly explained or justified. Kyle hardey is the worst property manager out there wouldn’t recommend going with them

We moved to HRG from another property management company, they found new tenant very quickly.very pleased with over all experience.
Please be CAUTIOUS, before hiring this company. They "spend" hundreds of dollar without owners approval and do not provide any response when asked how did they spend it. They have not reponded to any queries for almost an year now. We are 4-5 home owners who have exactly the same issue. Pretty sure they are not going to respond to this review..
