Scott and his team helped me sell my home two times in the last 6 years. Both times were tall orders but Scott made it work even with short deadlines. Extremely great communication from Scott, Christie, and Kyle. This team is on the ball and for sure I'd recommend them. At this point, it wouldn't even cross my mind to consider another realtor. I'm just calling Scott!

I hired this property management company expecting them to protect my investment. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, communication was not great and I had to constantly remind them to have the tenants pay their utilities. My property was not taken care of at all and I was constantly paying to replace things. The house was left in a disgusting state even after they claimed they’d had the cleaners come. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
Scott and team managed our property for over a year. They were able to secure great tenants for us and manage our property really well. We have also used them to sell our property and we had a great experience. I highly recommend!
I had a very frustrating experience with Kyle hardley property manager. Communication was extremely poor messages and requests often went unanswered for long periods, which made even simple issues difficult to resolve. On top of that, there were unexpected charges taken out of our deposit that were not clearly explained or justified. It felt unprofessional and disorganized, and getting clarification was a challenge due to the lack of responsiveness.
