Excellent doctor. Perfect comunication. All the staff wonderfull work, very kind. The clinic ok. I recomend Dr. Kolb for egg donation and surrogacy program with an ecellent work with me.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Tourgeman and his staff. In 2009 we were blessed with our miracle baby with the assistance of Dr. Tourgeman and his wonderful staff! From the very beginning of my infertility journey Dr. Tourgeman was nothing but supportive. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ?? for everything...especially Baby Breezie!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Kolb and the nursing staff at HRC Pasadena. Dr Kolb was always kind and reassuring. He has a very nice manner. He is sympathetic yet professional. Very personable and always made me feel well taken care of. The office was extremely accommodating when I had an emergency and needed to come in for a quick exam.
Horrible communication. Too many times came in for a app. Just to be told I wasn't scheduled. Furthermore, they collected the $2000 from me and then tried to bill my insurance too! Be careful people- I have another friend that this has happened to. Bad practice. Patient care and satisfaction apparently is not their top priority. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the emotional roller coaster and find another office
A friend recommended Dr. Potter after we had multiple failed attempts with two previous doctors. The coordinator, Stephanie, is amazing. She's attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. I recommend getting the first appointment of the day to avoid waiting. Dr. Potter took us on even though we were a rare case. We were finally successful on our second attempt with Dr. Potter. I can tell you this clinic is cutting edge and Dr. Potter is exemplary. I wouldn't waste my time at other place.
A friend referred me to Dr. Boostanfar and i am so thankful she did. He and his office were a stark contrast to the previous incompetent previous Dr. i had been with. I have had approx 10 visits to his office so far and have never had to wait past my appt time or for more than a few minutes in the exam room. He is efficient, thorough, provides quality care but quick and is a nice person on top of the quality care. His Care Coordinator, Joanna is top quality and a wonderful caring person too.
Dr Tourgeman is kind and approachable. He takes the time to answer all questions. Dr T is empathetic toward his patients and genuinely cares about helping us realize our dream of having a family. Doesn't hurt that he gave us a beautiful daughter!
Dr Potter and his staff are fantastic! We were patients in the Newport Beach office and lucky enough to be successful with our first IVF cycle. We are thrilled to be expecting our first child this summer. Dr Potter is honest, caring and thorough. His nurses were always helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. I would highly recommend Dr Potter and his team to anyone seeking fertility treatment.
