I've been a psychiatric patient for over 15 years and I have never had a more terrible experience than with the clinician and staff at HRC. The receptionists have that typical "I don't care about my job", disrespectful attitude on the phone nearly every time I had to call with a question. I waited about month on their waitlist to receive initial treatment. The initial appointment with the clinician stressed me out so much, my period was a week and half late.
