If you're looking for someone to promise one thing and do another, Paul is your guy. He offered the highest price to get the contract, telling us he would buy our home “straight cash” — his exact words. Then without warning there was a lender involved, which caused delays. He said it would be as-is, but still brought in inspectors and then tried to negotiate the price down significantly.
