Not really thrilled with my nails that I just got done ended up getting a gel manicure. The guy kept poking my finger with the thing that he was trying to cut the cuticle with so I finally just said stop. He couldn’t file worth a darn I kept having to tell him how to file my own nails? Never got a massage on my hands nothing?? You think that that would come with it for the price that they are charging Then he cut my fingernails way too short!! Will not be returning

This is my GO TO PLACE. do not hesitate. Take it from me, I’ve lived in RSM/Trabuco canyon for 30 years, and have been getting my nails done, acrylics etc for over a decade; this is the place you want to go. They reward loyalty, they have great coupons/ offers/ discounts and they are kind and friendly! My mother bought my wife and daughter $50 gift cards last Christmas. The new owner, this year, refused to honor the gift cards. Wouldn't waste a dime here.
Their website says they close at 7PM I arrived at their location at 5:35 and asked for a new set and pedicure. That said they didn’t have time. If they can’t take certain appointments after a certain time that’s absolutely understandable, but maybe they should post that somewhere on their website, Or change their closing time.
