One comment: They do not know how to file taxes. Besides that, they are rude. When I pointed out THEIR mistakes they told men I was the one that couldnt file taxes. Never again will I waste 400+ to be disrespected and lied to. They screwed me out of $1,100+. I hope they go out of business. Unprofessional.

I was due a money back ($50.) for using H&R Block. I have her signing my receipt because she was busy that day and she was going to send it to me. Well that never happened. Her name was *****( I have her card if you need more information). This money back is the only reason I decided to go ahead that day with my taxes. Trying to get someone to help me after that office closed was impossible.i have been quiet so far but if this is not corrected I will post it on every friends site I am on that covers ****s of people. Ive paid for a piece of mind on all of my taxes for the past 10 years. Twice they have refused to honor it. I ended up having to pay for their mistakes.

I have used H&R Block program on my computer for years and up until a few years ago, I had no problem. This year I went on line and ordered and paid for their program and tried to download it only to be told that Safari can not download the program.I tried calling them and had to fight with their computer answering machine for several minutes before finally talking with a human. The ******* ** office of H&R Block charged me last March 2021,. $164.oo dollars to do my taxes because I didn't want any problems with the ***** I finally got someone in that office Jan 2022 to let them know I still haven't got a refund... He told me they have no record of me being there... I dropped off a copy of their return and my reciept for the 164 dollars I paid them in cash... I still haven't heard from them... I think they took my money and blew me off...

I had interviewed. On.91121. At 230pm to 3pm. But I did not get a call at alll.if it was Cancel.or change another date when.i check.it said no.long needed as of ******. I felt left out and this company has.no.consideration at. All Since I have no fault the interviewer did not call or email me at all that day I try to.reapply but it did not let me.in at all. I try to email this company several.time but no.respond at all !!!!

I had our taxes prepared in ******************* office, *********** ** on 5/15/21 and paid for same day After monitoring for several months for the funds due to ************** and the *** be withdrawn from my account, I then became concerned. I contacted H&R office in October 2021 and it was discovered that they failed to efile both our state and federal taxes . I applied for a Receptionist position via ******** jobs. Hiring manager called me, acted like I was "perfect" for the job, insisted I friend her on ********. After getting hired by the company and taking the time to do all the onboarding paperwork two months before the season is to start, hiring manager starts acting different, acting like she no longer likes me and making me feel like I am no longer welcome. I've been going to them for 15 years or so. My returns are VERY basic, but at the same time, I can't deal with number, tax lingo, legalesse, govt bureaucracy. It makes my head spin. So I pay around $250, once per year, for an H&R rep to spend TWENTY MINUTES punching in numbers. For them, it's a no-brainer...entirely automated.I recently got a letter from the state saying I owed them money.
