Used H&R Block for several years, in 2020 I filed my taxes using the online product. Paid the fees and filed my taxes like I have every year. Last year (two years later) started receiving letters that my 2020 state taxes did not go through. I filed my taxes on March 28, 2023 online and hired the tax pro option and paid my balance of ******. Got a call that afternoon and ******** told me that she couldn't review my taxes until I paid another *****. I told her I paid the balance in full. She asked that I go back into my account and check again. I go back into my account and now it says I owe ******. They need to arrested for lying and stealing people's tax returns talking about irs processing??? Oh it hasn't been processed but I haven't received an offset letter or refund because they stole it!!!!! It's the principle and Integrity and not the amount of the refund, like I said arrest them all and close shop h and r block permanently!!!!!!
