Russell at the Oakdale location has been such a huge help with my business taxes!!! He does an amazing job explaining the best ways to track expenses and earnings and has given me a lot of insight over the past couple years. It is always awesome working with him and I will definitely be coming back to work with him in the years to come!!! 😁
Made an appointment online, next day the cancel it and re-schedule me for an early time I could not go to. There’s a reason I picked the time I did. So I call and ask why and I’m told “that’s the hours they want us to work but we don’t actually work them.” Ok then, maybe fix that on your website or idk, work the hours they want you to.
They want $800 to do nothing while you prepare your own taxes and enter all your information into an app, JUST LIKE TURBOTAX. Don’t waste your time. I was told my taxes would be done within a week and was IGNORED for a full week after that date. Don’t bother giving them your sensitive personal information. This is NOT personalized accounting.
