Terrible customer service The manager was pure contempt Also I found out that my previous returns for 2021 2022 were incoreect. I went to a tax attonery and he found $15,000 in overpayment. Do not go to this location
Not best place to file Tax Return, I will go somewhere else,
John Hitchcock has not showed up to our appointments and doesn’t even let us know that he will be canceling. I have lost multiple PTO due to this and they do not seem to care. They also committed fraud on my brother a couple years ago. Do not file with them.
