Been going there for the last few years
I had a appointment and I was literally waiting there for over a 1/2 an hour. And no one said anything to me about my person being late. I did leave after that half an hour because no one apologized no one said anything it was completely ridiculous. They obviously did not repect my time. I've been doing my taxes at H&R block for 8 years and I had no problem like this before.
