Frustrating. I asked messaged my taxes specialist in the app and for months have not received any response. I called and left a messaged, and for days have still not received any correspondence. I called today, and the man who answered the phone said he could set up an appointment for my tax specialist for call me, and was clearly busy doing something else on the phone, and then hung up in my face. Not pleased
would NOT recommend this place to anyone literally ruined my taxes and then refused to fix it or make things right. The "manager" just made excuses for the old lady who didn't do my taxes right. O stars do not trust them to do your taxes
I had an appointment at this location last week. I was just looking through the reviews and saw that someone else also walked out of their appointment. Let’s start from the beginning. I had an appointment at 1 o’clock.
