Anglin the lady who answered the phone was absolutely clueless about what AGI is or anything to do with taxes then when I asked to get transferred to someone who actually knows about taxes she said everyone was busy. The lady was clueless about income tax stuff even the basics. Be knowledgeable about where you work take pride in it and learn it. I would have came in today and filed if she help to answer a question. I'll take my business down to the next tax person
