I've done business with H&R block for years. Unfortunately as of this year according to I've of their people who took 20 minutes opening an appointment tab they suddenly without notice can't accept emails. Now you have to download their app give them authorizations to violate and sell all of your private information. They didn't even have the decency to do the return for free to compensate.
I was having some issues with downloading my federal 1040 tax form on a government website, so I called Tammy at the front desk of this H&R Block location for help. She was amazing! I am not very good with technology, and she was the most excellent tutor. Tammy walked me through step-by-step, and over the phone no less! She was so kind and had such attention to detail. Thank you, Tammy!
