Had our taxes done here 2 years ago. I had 2 W-2s, the guy was too busy chit-chatting and forgot about one and filed without it. My wife caught the mistake and called them, they told her she had to fix it. We paid a lot of money for the guarantee that it would be done right and they would take care of it if there was and issue. They didn’t do anything to help.
