Kathy is incredible and makes this H&R Block location shine. My father passed last year, and he was my accountant and did my taxes my entire life. He always said, "Go to H&R Block once I pass to get your taxes done." So that's what I did... but I also was not realizing that my grief of losing him was going to hit so hard this tax season. I feel you guys ripped me off on my taxes again for the second year in a row. I wont be going through u guys again! Never on my life have I had to pay taxes to the IRS and always got a refund! I feel you guys screwed me again! Their will not be a 3rd time. U lost a customer im done with u guys!
