Excellent customer service and ease of use via the website
my tax analyst is Mr IKE KARAMEHMETOGLU.I was very satisfied with the service in preparing my taxes. The office was very accommodating and efficient in every way. My taxes were done in a timely manner and I must say the professionalism was outstanding. I will certainly recommend my friends to Straight Talk CPAs, and know that I will return next year.

I could not have had a worse experience. We spent 1 hour with Ike Karamehmetoglu and walked out after he continued not to answer any of our questions. Nice guy, but a terrible tax professional. I am sure the other tax professionals are great, but he was terrible.
