The tax preparer I worked with was very sweet! She knew her stuff! as soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the front desk with a big smile; that was refreshing to see.

Taxes were a cake walk this year.
I'm not recommended very unprofessional. Adam was my tax prepared and he made a mistake on my tax form which is caused the IRS took my money twice and they don't really care after what happened I tried to call them and ask for a supervisor but never got a call back or any explanation so now I have to deal with the IRS by myself this is ridiculous they refile it again and still made a mistake again and it's gonna take 16-32 weeks to get my money back!!!
DO NOT ever go here. I used H&R block this year because my tax paperwork was heavier, and I figured safer to get a tax professional to help. They filed my taxes incorrectly twice by their own admission and I'm out thousands of dollars because of it and they can't be bothered with it. I have called three times to Jose and have not received a call back. I'm filing a complaint with IRS. It can take 21 weeks to get my money back because of their error.
