This past year I filed my business taxes with this office and despite paying to have my return filed in March it was not submitted until May causing my business to receive penalties with the IRS. I have call their customer service department multiple times for assistance and support and they have done absolutely over the past month since I reported it. I will never use this service again and if you want piece of mind when filing a return you shouldn't either.
