Poor Customer Service. I had email confirmation for a phone appointment at 11AM. I received a call at 11:37 and the "tax pro" named Alicia, said they had the appointment for 11:30. I took time aside from work for this appointment and I received no apology for the inconvenience. I explain my tax issue to her in detail on Friday. Cecilia had me in and out in 15 minutes! Fantastic lady!
I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! Not only did I have to redue the process now my return is being delayed due to my social security number needing to be relooked at. Do not go here all around a bad businesses!!
