Hmmm, how to describe my experience here? Terrible. Awful. Unprofessional. A waste of time. Terrible customer service. Rude. And I ended up getting more money back just by filling myself on freetaxusa.com. Do not use these people. They are incompetent and terribly disrespectful. Corporate was actually pretty cool after to talking to them about my experience. The regional manager though? Oh man, the worst. She said to me "well what do you want me to do?" I've been having Michael Waszcak do my taxes for 5 years now. He is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND AWESOME! I highly recommend anyone get their taxes done by Michael!
I’ve never been to this office and don’t plan on ever going here because the guy that answered the phone was so rude. He didn’t acknowledge me when he picked up the phone and continued his conversation in office. After he finished that up he was still rude to me in confirming my appointment. I had called back the number that called ME first and I guess somehow I got redirected to the wrong office. Instead of being understand he was rude and put me on hold without transferring me. Unprofessional.
