Getting our taxes done here was a giant pain to begin with, but we just got a notice in the mail that the taxes weren't done correctly and we owe $5k! (how can they be off by that much?). Avoid this place.
I did my taxes back in 2022 for both 2021 and 2022 ,with Pearl Wong, since I was on deployment for the whole time. Finds out that I’m now audited because they did them wrong putting me having combat pay when it was no where on my w-2. Now I owe over $1900 because of their mess up. When I called and they are making a paper stating that in deed that it’s their mess up and the lady who did my taxes had the audacity to tell me she wasn’t going to charge me for creating that paper. The H&R block off greyling drive is the nest one we've been to and we haven't looked anywhere else because they do such a great job that thats all we ask for somebody that helps us with our taxes and is honest. We had one agent for the a long period yet she mentioned retiring but we'll see, yet. were just thankful for the blessings we had with her and to whom may be our new agent. Thank you
