Went there in 2022, knowing I'd owe income tax and HST,, she told me what I owed in total but that amount only ended up being the income tax. Went back to get my HST figured out. Thought it was fixed but just got mail from CRA that I owe $1300 more than what she told me/recorded. Won't be returning if I can help it because it costs way too much for them to mess it up twice in a row.Â
$166 dollars to get my taxes done!! Will not be going to H&R block anymore. Asked people how much they paid at other places and it was average $90-$95!!!!Â

Four stars for the help over the years for my income tax from H&R Block in Ingersoll. Zero stars for H&R Block for $166 dollars for the most simple tax return. Unfortunately I will have to look at other options or do it myself nex year!Â
