My tax pro was very sloppy and did minimal inquiry into my finances. As I result I will have to pay back taxes and penalties. Jacob was like an amateur. I am very angry.

Where to begin for starters my “tax expert” was the office manager which was already concerning. Then she starts my taxes but does the understand how to do doordash income so she call the “tax expert” over then she seems stumped, they didnt ask about my deductibles from doordash. Then a few days later they call and say “your taxes are done and you owe us $400 to file them! I mean $400 bucks is what i was getting back from my taxes in total.
